Submissions
All submissions must include your WTE screen name and your babies name in the body.
You must put PICTURE SUBMISSION and the CATEGORY in the subject.
Submission will be open from Wednesday at 6am CST to Sunday, ending at 8pm CST, according to the dates posted on the site.
Pictures must have the baby's private parts covered.
Please submit photos for each category in separate e-mails.
Please submit it as an attachment.
If your photo is submitted before or after the time frame allowed for those categories it will be deleted.
You cannot change your picture once you have submitted it.
Once I receive your submission I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm that I received the photo, if you are not contacted within 24 hours please e-mail me to let me know.
Voting
To vote, send an email with the subject as Vote and in the body please put the category, your name, and who you are voting for; this can all be done in one email.
Voting will be from Wednesday at 6am CST to Sunday. You can only vote once, and cannot change your vote, only WTE members can vote.
You cannot vote for your own baby, as we are all bias!
Winners will be announced on Tuesday with their banner.

I will keep an updated category and submission list on the website so there are no surprises.
In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be posted no later than Monday. Voting will be from the time it is posted to Tuesday at 6pm CST. You do not have to vote on the tiebreaker if you don’t want to, but it is helpful!
